摘要：

报告1例支气管腺样囊性癌患者自体肺移植术后ICU的护理,护理重点为严密观察生命体征、循环系统监护、移植肺护理、呼吸道管理、感染预防与护理、超早期康复锻炼。7 d后患者顺利转至普通病房,继续治疗12 d后,预后良好出院。
