摘要：

总结2016年1月1日—2019年2月28日某三级甲等医院收治的102例维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘血栓形成的原因,常见原因为内瘘血管狭窄、高血红蛋白、原发疾病（糖尿病、高血压等）、高龄、透析中低血压、干体重设置过低、超滤过多过快等,通过系统评估患者的生命体征、动静脉内瘘闭塞的程度、各项实验室指标和患者容量状态等,给予局部加压按摩、尿激酶溶栓、皮下低分子肝素注射、远红外线照射等综合处理,93例（91.18%）患者内瘘功能恢复。
