摘要：

以心力衰竭患者口渴感的评估和干预为主线,阐述了心力衰竭患者口渴感4个维度的评估方法、口渴感评估的客观指标以及缓解口渴感的干预措施,旨在提高国内护理人员对该症状的重视,为制订相关干预方案提供参考。
