Abstract

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the definition and attributes of multidimensional vulnerability in breast cancer patients，providing a reference for constructing precise assessment tools for multidimensional vulnerability in breast cancer patients and guiding clinical screening and individualized intervention. Methods A systematic search was conducted across PubMed，CINAHL，Web of Science，Cochrane Library，Scopus，Wanfang，VIP，and CNKI from inception to January 31，2026. Walker and Avant’s concept analysis method was applied for the analysis. Results A total of 36 articles identified 5 attributes，namely susceptibility，cumulativeness，adaptability，uncertainty，and subjectivity. Antecedents included treatment-related physical dysfunction，stressor exposure，psychosocial resource depletion，and inadequate coping. Consequences comprised physiological exhaustion，dynamic psychological adaptation，social maladjustment and declining quality of life. Conclusion This analysis clarified the conceptual attributes of multidimensional vulnerability in breast cancer patients，providing guidance for clinical assessment. Future research should develop assessment tools to enable early identification and stratified interventions of multidimensional vulnerability，thereby improving patients’ quality of life.

摘要：

目的分析乳腺癌患者多维脆弱的定义与内涵，为构建精准的乳腺癌患者多维脆弱评估工具、指导临床筛查与实施个体化干预提供参考。方法系统检索PubMed、CINAHL、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Scopus、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国知网等数据库，检索时限为建库至2026年1月31日。采用Walker和Avant概念分析法进行分析。结果最终纳入36篇文献。乳腺癌患者多维脆弱包括易感性、累积性、适应性、不确定性、主体性5个定义属性；前因包括治疗相关躯体功能改变、压力源暴露、社会心理资源匮乏、应对能力不足；后果包括生理功能耗竭、心理适应动态变化、社会适应障碍、生活质量下降。结论该研究通过概念分析明确了乳腺癌患者多维脆弱的概念属性，可为临床医护人员评估乳腺癌患者多维脆弱提供参考。未来研究可结合乳腺癌患者多维脆弱的概念，开发相关评估工具，早期识别与分层干预乳腺癌患者的多维脆弱，提升其生存质量。
