Abstract:

Objective To develop and validate a discharge readiness scale for patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus（SLE） based on transition theory，tailored to the national context and disease-specific characteristics. This aims to provide a scientific assessment tool for formulating precise discharge intervention strategies and improving patients’ long-term rehabilitation outcomes. Methods Guided by the transition theory framework，an initial item pool was established through literature analysis，qualitative interviews，and the Delphi expert consultation method. The final scale was determined after a clinical pilot survey. The SLE patients from 12 hospitals in Jiangsu Province between December 2024 and October 2025 were enrolled. Item analysis was employed to screen entries，and the reliability and validity of the scale were tested. Results A total of 365 questionnaires were distributed，with 357 valid responses returned，yielding an effective response rate of 97.81%. The finalized SLE Discharge Readiness Scale comprises 4 dimensions（personal status，disease knowledge，coping ability，and anticipated support） and 32 items. The overall Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.956；the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.859；the test-retest reliability was 0.898. The Cronbach’s α coefficients for individual dimensions ranged from 0.893 to 0.954；split-half reliability coefficients ranged from 0.907 to 0.973；test-retest reliability ranged from 0.794 to 0.850，indicating good reliability. The cumulative variance contribution rate was 68.311%. The scale-level content validity index（S-CVI） was 0.974（≥0.8），and the item-level content validity indices（I-CVI） ranged from 0.833 to 1.000，demonstrating good validity. Conclusion The developed Discharge Readiness Scale for SLE patients exhibits good reliability and validity，and it can serve as a scientific tool for assessing discharge readiness in this patient population.

摘要：

目的 基于过渡理论编制符合国情及疾病专科特点的系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）患者出院准备度量表，并对其信效度进行检验，为制订精准化出院干预策略、改善患者远期康复结局提供科学评估工具。方法 依据过渡理论框架，通过文献分析、半结构化访谈、专家函询确立量表条目，经过临床预调查后确定正式量表。选取2024年12月至2025年10月在江苏省内12所医院就诊的SLE患者为调查对象，采用项目分析法筛选条目，并检验量表信效度。结果 发放问卷365份，回收有效问卷357份，有效问卷回收率为97.81%。SLE患者出院准备度量表包括个人状态、疾病知识、应对能力、预期支持4个维度，共32个条目。量表总的Cronbach’s α系数为0.956，折半信度系数为0.859，重测信度系数为0.898；各维度的Cronbach’s α系数为0.893~0.954，折半信度系数为0.907~0.973，重测信度系数为0.794~0.850。累计方差贡献率为68.311%，量表水平内容效度指数为0.974，各条目水平内容效度指数为0.833~1.000。结论 构建的SLE患者出院准备度量表的信效度较好，能够为SLE患者出院准备度的评估提供科学工具。
