Abstract:

Objective To search，evaluate and summarize the best evidence on bereavement support for parents of terminally ill children. Methods A systematic search for evidence on parental bereavement support was conducted in UpToDate，BMJ Best Clinical Practice，Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center Database，PubMed，Embase，Cochrane Library，CNKI，Wanfang Date and so on，and the literature includes guidelines，clinical decisions，recommended practices，evidence summaries，systematic reviews and expert consensuses. The time range of retrieval was from the database establishment to February 18，2023. Literature quality evaluation，data extraction and evidence summary were performed by 2 researchers. Results A total of 9 articles were included，consisting of 2 guidelines，1 expert consensus，1 clinical decision and 5 systematic reviews. 24 pieces of evidence were summarized on 6 aspects，covering multidisciplinary team building，assessment，timing of support，pre-death support，end-of-life support，and post-mortem support. Conclusion The study summarizes the best evidence on parental bereavement support and provides clinical practice guidance for bereavement support for parents of terminally ill children. Healthcare professionals should combine China’s clinical reality，fully consider the cultural background of both children and parents，follow the principle of individualization，and prudently apply evidence to clinical practice.

摘要：

目的 检索、评价并总结临终患儿父母哀伤辅导的最佳证据。方法 系统检索UpToDate、BMJ Best Practice、澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心数据库、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、中国知网、万方数据库等国内外数据库、指南网、专业学会及政府网站中关于临终患儿父母哀伤辅导的文献，包括指南、临床决策、推荐实践、证据总结、系统评价、专家共识。检索时限为建库至2023年2月18日。由2名研究人员进行文献质量评价、资料提取以及证据汇总。结果 共纳入9篇文献，其中指南2篇、临床决策1篇、系统评价5篇、专家共识1篇。从多学科团队组建、评估、哀伤辅导的时机、住院期间哀伤辅导、临终时哀伤辅导、死亡后哀伤辅导6个方面汇总了24条证据。结论 该研究汇总了临终患儿父母哀伤辅导的最佳证据，建议医护人员结合临床情景、父母的文化背景及意愿，审慎地选择并应用证据。
