Research progress on application of patient decision aid in fertility preservation of cancer patients

Abstract

Abstract:

For cancer patients of childbearing age，the reproductive and sexual dysfunction caused by treatment will significantly affect their mental health and quality of life. Therefore，it is particularly important to make therapeutic decisions for fertility preservation at an early stage. Patient decision aids can help patients understand fertility treatment options and instruct the decision process，which are useful supplements for fertility preservation information. In this review，the significance of fertility preservation for cancer patients，types，application approaches，effects and problems of decision aids are summarized，aiming to provide references for the development of decision aids for fertility preservation for cancer patients in China.

摘要：

对于育龄期癌症患者来说，治疗带来的生育障碍和性功能障碍会显著影响其心理健康和生活质量，因此早期做出生育力保护的治疗决策尤为重要。决策辅助工具可以作为生育力保护信息的有益补充，帮助患者了解生育治疗方案并指导决策过程。该文对癌症患者生育力保护的重要性，决策辅助工具的类型、应用方法、效果及所面临问题进行综述，旨在为国内开发癌症患者生育力保护的决策辅助工具提供参考。
