Abstract:

Objective To translate the Quality of Working Life Questionnaire for Cancer Survivors（QWLQ-CS） into Chinese，and to test its reliability and validity. Methods According to the Brislin translation-back translation model，the English version of the QWLQ-CS was translated，back-translated and cultural adjusted，and 250 cancer survivors who returned to work were selected by convenient sampling method to investigate its reliability and validity in a tertiary A hospital in Zhengzhou from April 2021 to April 2022. Results The QWLQ-CS in Chinese version includes 5 dimensions with a total of 23 items. The I-CVI was 0.833-1.000；the S-CVI/UA was 0.826；the S-CVI/Ave was 0.971；the structure validity χ²/df was 2.312；the approximate error mean square root （RM-SEA） was 0.074；the comparative fit index（CFI） was 0.918 and Tucker-Lewis coefficient（TLI） was 0.905. The internal consistency index Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.895，and the retest reliability was 0.864. Conclusion The QWLQ-CS in Chinese version is of good reliability and validity，which is suitable for the assessment of the life quality of cancer survivors returning to work in the context of Chinese culture.

摘要：

目的 汉化癌症患者工作生活质量量表并进行信效度检验。 方法 按照Brislin翻译-回译模式对英文版癌症患者工作生活质量量表进行翻译、回译、文化调适，形成中文版癌症患者工作生活质量量表。2021年4月—2022年4月，采用便利抽样法，选取就诊于郑州市某三级甲等医院肿瘤科且重返工作岗位的250例癌症患者进行调查，检验量表的信效度。 结果 中文版癌症患者工作生活质量量表包括5个维度，共23个条目。量表条目水平的内容效度指数为0.833~1.000，全体一致内容效度指数为0.826，平均内容效度指数为0.971。量表结构模型适配指标的χ²/df为2.312，近似误差均方根为0.074，比较拟合指数为0.918，非规准适配指数为0.905。量表总的Cronbach’s α系数为0.895，重测信度为0.864。 结论 中文版癌症患者工作生活质量量表具有良好的信度和效度，适合中国文化背景下癌症患者重返工作生活质量的评估。
