Research progress of assessment tools for anxiety about aging

Abstract

Abstract:

Anxiety about aging plays an important role in the development of the gerontological nursing and the construction of a healthy aging society. This article reviews the development，contents，reliability，validity，and application of assessment tools for anxiety about aging at home and abroad. By analyzing the characteristics and limitations of each tool，it can provide a reference for the development and usage of localized measurement tools. It also provides the basis for accurate assessment of anxiety about aging and for the formulation of effective intervention strategies.

摘要：

老化指由于年龄增长带来的生理、心理以及社会功能方面的改变，包括机体功能下降、认知功能退化、社会关系丧失等，老化焦虑指个人对未来可能出现的、老化相关问题的担忧和恐惧。该文综述了国内外老化焦虑评估工具的研制、内容、信效度和应用情况，比较分析各评估工具的特点和局限性，以期为本土化老化焦虑评估工具的开发和应用提供参考，为科学评估老化焦虑水平、构建有效的老化焦虑干预方案提供依据。
