Research progress of cognitive frailty risk prediction models in the elderly

Abstract

Abstract:

As one of the subtypes of frailty，cognitive frailty is reversible and can effectively predict negative health events in older adults such as dementia，disability，and functional decline. This article introduces the basic information about the universal cognitive frailty risk prediction model and disease-specific cognitive frailty risk prediction model，analyzes and compares the research methods and inclusion of risk factors in the cognitive frailty risk prediction model，and provides insights into the future，in order to provide references for medical and nursing staff to early identify the risk of cognitive frailty in older adults and provide effective intervention measures.

摘要：

认知衰弱作为老年衰弱综合征的常见亚型，具有可逆性，能够有效预测老年人痴呆、跌倒、残疾、失能等不良事件。该文介绍了老年人普适性认知衰弱风险预测模型和特异性疾病认知衰弱风险预测模型的基本情况，比较分析认知衰弱风险预测模型的研究方法、危险因素及对未来的启示，为医护人员早期识别老年人认知衰弱风险并提供有效的干预措施提供参考。
