新生儿转运保暖衣的设计及应用

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the design and clinical application of transport thermal clothes in neonates. Methods The clothing is made up of 2 parts,including a cotton-padded coat and polyethylene plastic film. A total of 174 premature infants admitted to the NICU of a tertiary hospital in Suzhou from September to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects. The experimental group used the self-designed transport thermal clothes for intrahospital transport,while the control group used the traditional cotton swaddling clothes for intrahospital transport. The temperature,blood sugar and blood gas analysis of the 2 groups of premature infants were observed after they entered the NICU. Results The body temperature of the experimental group into NICU was(36.45±0.19) ℃,while it was(36.38±0.15) ℃ in the control group(t=-2.57,P=0.01).The blood glucose in the experimental group was (3.33±0.97) mmol/L,and it was(2.07±0.95) mmol/L in the control group(t=-8.63,P<0.05). The lacacid was (1.58±0.63) mmol/L in the experimental group and(1.97±1.45) mmol/L in the control group(t=2.29,P=0.02). Conclusion The newborn transport thermal clothes is easy to operate,and it can increase body temperature of premature during the administration process,ensure the stability of blood sugar. It can also reduce the lactic acid level.

摘要:

目的 设计新生儿转运保暖衣,并评价其应用效果。 方法 新生儿转运保暖衣由连体棉衣和聚乙烯塑料膜连体衣2个部分组成。选取2020年9月—12月于苏州市某三级甲等医院产房出生、收治进入新生儿重症监护室(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)的174例早产儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组。试验组采用自行设计的新生儿转运保暖衣进行院内转运,对照组采用传统的棉襁褓进行院内转运。观察两组院内转运时间,转入NICU后体温、血糖浓度、血气分析等指标。 结果 试验组转入NICU后体温为(36.45±0.19) ℃,对照组为(36.38±0.15) ℃,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=-2.57,P=0.010);试验组血糖浓度为(3.33±0.97) mmol/L,对照组为(2.07±0.95) mmol/L,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=-8.63,P<0.001);试验组乳酸浓度为(1.58±0.63) mmol/L,对照组为(1.97±1.45) mmol/L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.29,P=0.020)。 结论 新生儿转运保暖衣使用方便,提高了早产儿转入NICU后的体温,提高了血糖水平,降低了乳酸水平。
