摘要：

总结1例左心发育不良综合征患儿Norwood I期手术的术后护理体会。术后护理要点：重点关注血流动力学的管理,保证各组织、器官的灌注;做好体外膜肺氧合支持治疗期间的护理配合,重视呼吸道的管理;进行正确的镇静镇痛和抗凝管理;做好近红外光谱仪监测脑组织氧合情况的护理。经过14 d的精心治疗和护理,患儿病情稳定,顺利转入心脏外科继续治疗。
