Abstract:

Mixed methods research，by integrating quantitative and qualitative data，has been increasingly applied in the nursing field in recent years due to its ability to comprehensively analyze complex issues in nursing practice. This review summarizes the main application directions of mixed methods research in nursing field，including multidimensional deconstruction and mechanism interpretation of complex phenomena，multidimensional identification of care needs and construction of support strategies，identification of influencing factors and pathway analysis of health behaviors，as well as effectiveness evaluation and implementation mechanism analysis of interventions. By comparing with the reporting standards of mixed-methods research，this study further identifies several issues in current mixed-methods research，including inconsistent labeling of design types，insufficient justification of necessity，incomplete reporting of quantitative and qualitative methodologies，ambiguous integration processes and inadequate depth of integration，and insufficient reflection on methodological limitations. Targeted recommendations are proposed based on these issues，aiming to enhance nursing researchers’ systematic understanding of mixed-methods research and provide methodological references for standardized research practices.

摘要：

混合方法研究通过整合定量与定性数据，能够全面剖析护理实践中的复杂问题，近年来在护理领域中的应用日益广泛。该文总结了混合方法研究在护理领域中的主要应用方向，包括复杂现象的多维解构与机制阐释、照护需求的多维识别与支持策略构建、健康行为的影响因素识别与作用路径分析、干预措施的效果评价与实施机制分析；并对照混合方法研究的报告规范，进一步指出当前混合方法研究存在设计类型标注不规范与必要性论证不足、量性与质性分支方法学报告不完整、整合过程模糊与整合深度不足、方法学局限性反思不充分等问题，并根据存在的问题提出针对性建议，旨在提高护理研究者对混合方法研究的系统认识，为规范开展相关研究提供方法学参考。
