Abstract:

Objective To gain an in-depth understanding of the rehabilitation training experience of patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis，and to provide a basis for optimizing rehabilitation programs and improving compliance. Methods Using purposive sampling，semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis who attended a tertiary hospital in Tai’an from July to September 2025. The interview data were organized and analyzed using Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method. Results A total of 5 core themes were extracted：decision-making for initiating training driven by multiple factors；dual physical and psychological adaptation and transformation；multiple obstacles to training progression；positive changes brought by rehabilitation training；demands for multi-stakeholder collaborative support. Conclusion The rehabilitation training experience of adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis encompasses multi-dimensional characteristics including decision-making initiation，physical and psychological adaptation，practical dilemmas，positive changes and diverse needs. Multi-level collaborative interventions involving patients，families，medical institutions，schools and society are required to enhance training adherence and rehabilitation benefits

摘要：

目的 深入了解青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者的康复训练体验，为优化康复方案、提高训练依从性提供依据。方法 采用目的抽样法，选取2025年7—9月于泰安市某三级甲等医院就诊的12例青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者进行半结构式访谈，运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行整理与分析。结果 提炼出5个核心主题：多重驱动力下训练启动的决策形成；身心的双重适应与转化；训练推进的多重障碍；康复训练带来的积极改变；多主体协同支持需求。结论 青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者的康复训练体验涵盖决策启动、身心适应、现实困境、积极改变与多元需求等多种特征，建议从患者、家庭、医疗、学校、社会等多层面进行协同干预，以提升训练依从性与康复效果。
