Abstract:

Objective To develop a Nurse-Patient Trust Scale for Specialized Nursing Clinics（Patient Version），so as to provide references for promoting the level of patient-nurse trust in specialized nursing clinics. Methods The initial scale was formed through literature review，semi-structure interviews，expert consultation and pre-survey. From October to December 2024，433 patients from specialized nursing clinics of 3 tertiary hospitals in Henan Province were selected for formal investigation to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The Nurse-Patient Trust Scale for Specialized Nursing Clinics（Patient Version） consisted of 4 dimensions with 32 items，namely professional competence，communication competence，hospital environment and sustainability. The total Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.968；the split-half reliability was 0.876；the retest reliability was 0.932；the content validity index was 0.963；the correlation coefficients between each dimension and total score of the scale and the calibration scale ranged from 0.661~0.754. The exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors，with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 67.491%. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the scale factor structure was stable. Conclusion The scale has good reliability and validity. It can be used to assess the level of patient-nurse trust in specialized nursing clinics. This will help nursing managers identify weak points in trust and optimize resource allocation，driving sustainable development of specialized nursing clinics.

摘要：

目的 编制专科护理门诊护患信任量表（患者版），为科学评估专科护理门诊护患信任水平提供参考。方法 通过文献分析、半结构式访谈、专家函询及预调查形成量表初稿。选取2024年10—12月河南省3所医院的433例专科护理门诊就诊患者作为调查对象，对量表的信效度进行检验。结果 专科护理门诊护患信任量表（患者版）包含专业素养、交际素养、医院环境、可持续化4个维度，共32个条目。量表总的Cronbach’s α系数为0.968，折半信度为0.876，重测信度为0.932，内容效度为0.963，量表各维度及总分与校标量表的相关系数为0.661~0.754。探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子，累计方差贡献率为67.491%；验证性因子分析显示，量表因子结构稳定。结论 该量表具有良好的信效度，可用于评估专科护理门诊护患信任水平，以助力护理管理者识别信任薄弱环节，优化资源配置，驱动专科护理门诊可持续化发展。
