护理人员标准预防依从行为及影响因素自我报告评估工具的研究进展

摘要：

标准预防是预防医院感染的重要策略,科学有效的标准预防措施有助于降低患者和医疗服务者获得医院感染的概率,保障患者安全。该文对国内外各类护理人员标准预防依从行为及影响因素自我报告评估工具的特性、应用领域等内容进行综述,分析现有评估工具存在的问题并提出建议,以期为护理人员标准预防依从行为及影响因素自我报告评估工具的精准选择提供借鉴和参考依据。

Abstract:

Standard precautions is an important strategy to prevent nosocomial infection. Scientific and effective compliance with standard precautions measures can help to reduce the probability of patients and medical service providers acquiring nosocomial infection and to ensure patient safety. This paper summarized the characteristics and application of the self-report assessment tools for standard precautions compliance and influencing factors of nursing staff. We also proposed and analyzed the existing problems and put forward related suggestions for assessment tools,so as to provide references for clinical nurses to select appropriate assessment tools.
