摘要:
健康中国战略背景下,社会对护理的需求量持续增加,人们对护理的要求不断提高。作为建设健康中国的主力军,护士必须集专业技术和人文关怀于一身。在临床工作中,护士在进行大量的体力、脑力劳动同时,还要付出较多的情绪劳动。近年来,越来越多的学者认识到护士的身心健康对保障临床护理质量、稳定护理队伍的重要性。该文在对护士情绪劳动概念、评估工具及影响因素进行总结分析的基础上,分别从护士自身、护理管理者、医院组织管理3个层面介绍了护士情绪劳动管理进展,旨在为进一步开展护士情绪劳动的干预研究、推动护士情绪劳动管理水平提供理论依据。
