症状科学模型作为系统化症状管理框架,可基于症状的生物学机制制订精准的护理干预方案,为2型糖尿病患者症状管理提供个性化护理支持。该文对症状科学模型的概念及发展历程、核心要素、在2型糖尿病患者症状管理中的应用进行综述,并提出与护理相关的建议,以期为2型糖尿病患者症状的科学管理提供参考。
