肝移植受者从青少年到成人过渡期准备的研究进展

摘要：

从青少年到成人过渡期是肝移植受者发生不良健康结局的高风险时期，过渡期准备不足会导致其治疗依从性降低、移植物功能丧失和病死风险增加。然而，目前青少年肝移植受者过渡期准备水平普遍较低，严重影响其长期预后。该文对肝移植受者从青少年到成人过渡期准备的现状、影响因素、干预策略等内容进行综述，以期为今后开展相关研究，保障肝移植受者从青少年到成人安全过渡提供参考。

Abstract:

The transition for liver transplant recipients from adolescents to adults is a high-risk period for adverse health outcomes. Lack of transition readiness will reduce treatment compliance，lead to high risk of graft function loss and mortality. However，the current transition readiness of adolescent liver transplant recipients is generally low，which seriously affects their long-term prognosis. This paper reviews the current situation，influencing factors and intervention strategies of liver transplant recipients in the transition period from adolescents to adults，so as to provide a reference for future research to ensure the safe transition of liver transplant recipients from adolescents to adults.
