肝移植受者衰弱的研究进展

摘要：

肝移植是目前公认的治疗终末期肝病的最有效措施。终末期肝病患者移植前后易出现各种并发症,使其处于不良的躯体功能状态,表现为营养不良、机体运动量减少和活动无耐力,这种功能状态可被描述为衰弱。衰弱是多系统功能衰退累积导致的一种病理生理综合征,该文对肝移植受者衰弱的评估工具、影响因素和干预方法进行综述,以提高医护人员对肝移植受者衰弱的认识,并为后续开展干预工作提供指导。
