美国围产期姑息照护服务的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

对美国围产期姑息照护服务的起源和理念发展、围产期姑息照护服务项目的现状进行综述。根据美国国家共识项目关于照护的结构和过程、生理症状的照护、心理和精神的照护、社会支持、灵性宗教和存在主义方面的照护、文化照护、临终期患者的照护、伦理与法律方面的照护共8个领域分析阐述美国围产期姑息照护服务的发展现状与建议,以期为中国围产期姑息照护的发展与研究提供参考和借鉴,提高围产期母婴的生命质量。
