症状科学模型在慢性肾脏疾病患者中的研究进展及护理启示

摘要：

症状科学模型通过精准识别复杂症状，并对症状进行表型特征测量，深入分析症状的行为和生物学机制，帮助医护人员早期识别疾病症状，启动诊疗措施，促进个体化干预治疗，以实现精准护理，最终达到促进患者健康的目标。该研究概述了症状科学模型的发展和核心内容，分析症状科学模型在慢性肾脏疾病患者管理中的应用现状，探索症状科学模型在慢性肾脏疾病中的应用启发，旨在为慢性肾脏疾病症状的科学管理提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

The symptom science model identifies complex symptoms and measures their phenotypic characteristics. It provides an in-depth analysis of symptom behaviors and biological mechanisms，aiding healthcare professionals in early symptom detection and initiating appropriate diagnostic and treatment measures. The model supports personalized interventions，aiming to achieve precision care and ultimately improve patient health. This study reviews the development and scope of the symptom science model，analyzes its current applications in chronic kidney disease，and explores its implications for symptom management in this condition. The aim is to offer insights and references for the scientific management of chronic kidney disease symptoms.
