护士死亡应对能力的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

对护士死亡应对能力的评估工具、现状及影响因素、干预策略进行综述。介绍了护士死亡应对能力的主要评估工具并进行比较分析,描述了国内外护士死亡应对能力现状,从年龄、经验、死亡态度、自我护理、教育经历、社会支持6个方面总结归纳了护士死亡应对能力的影响因素,并在此基础上探讨加强教育干预和提供支持性资源的干预策略,为进一步提高护士死亡应对能力提供参考依据。
