Abstract:

Objective To understand the subjective perception of family resilience in patients after bone transport surgery，and to provide a reference for clinical targeted nursing interventions. Methods A phenome-nological research method was used. By purposive sampling，16 patients who underwent bone transport surgery in the Department of Orthopedic Trauma of a tertiary hospital in Guangdong Province from January to February 2026 were selected as the interview subjects. Semi-structured interviews were conducted，and the data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis method. Results A total of 3 themes and 10 sub-themes were extracted，including individual-level adversity challenges and protective resources（physiological burden caused by external fixator，psychological impact of repeated surgeries，and active self-regulation），pressure load and supportive resources from family and social networks（increased family economic and caregiving burden，loss and interruption of family roles，and activation of family cohesion），and constraints and supportive resources from the social culture and policy environment（insufficient supply of professional medical rehabilitation services，inadequate medical insurance policy support，stigma caused by social prejudice，and positive motivation of cultural concepts）. Conclusion Family resilience in patients after bone transport surgery is the result of multi-level systemic interactions，involving both multiple challenges and abundant resources. Medical staff should focus on patients’ individual psychological resources，strengthen family support networks，and promote macro-policy optimization to enhance family resilience and promote patient recovery.

摘要：

目的 了解骨搬运术后患者对家庭复原力的主观感知，为临床采取针对性护理干预措施提供参考。 方法 采用现象学研究方法，通过目的抽样法，选取2026年1—2月在广东省某三级甲等医院创伤骨科行骨搬运术的16例患者作为访谈对象，进行半结构式访谈，运用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。 结果 提炼出3个主题和10个亚主题.包括患者个体层面的逆境挑战与保护性资源（外固定架带来的生理负担、反复手术带来的心理冲击、主动自我调适）；家庭与社会网络的压力负荷与支持性资源（家庭经济与照护负担加重、家庭角色的缺失与职能中断、家庭凝聚力的激发）；社会文化与政策环境的制约因素与支持性资源（专业医疗康复服务供给不足、医保政策保障不足、社会偏见所致病耻感、文化观念的正向激励）。 结论 骨搬运术后患者家庭复原力是多层次系统互动的结果，既面临多重挑战，也蕴含丰富资源。医护人员应关注患者个体心理资源、强化家庭支持网络、推动宏观政策优化，以提升家庭复原力，促进患者康复。
