Abstract:

Objective To systematically evaluate the disease experience of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period,and to provide the evidence for strengthening standardized management in rehabilitation period and improving the rehabilitation effect and mental health level of this population. Methods A computer search was conducted on PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Embase,PsyINFO,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Science and Technology Journal Database and China Biomedical Literature Database for qualitative research on mental experience,real experience and feelings of schizophrenia patients in convalescence. The search time was from the establishment to February 2022. The literature quality evaluation was carried out by the quality evaluation standard of qualitative research of Joanna Briggs Institute（JBI）,Australia（2016 edition）,and the research results were summarized and integrated by the convergent integration method. Results Totally 13 articles were included;86 topics were extracted;10 categories were summarized. 4 integrated results were formed as following. Schizophrenia is a complex mystery,which is often accompanied by many negative disease experiences;social isolation and alienation from the outside world;the attempt to rebuild the life;rehabilitation support needs to be completed together. Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the emotional experience of patients,fully explore the positive feelings,meet the reasonable needs of patients,and give patients systematic rehabilitation support. The public should reduce the stigma of patients and create a good social environment.

摘要：

目的 系统评价康复期精神分裂症患者的疾病体验,为加强康复期规范化管理,提高该人群康复治疗效果和心理健康水平提供依据。 方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Embase、PsyINFO、中国知网、万方数据库、维普科技期刊数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中关于康复期精神分裂症患者疾病体验、感受和需求的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2022年2月。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准（2016版）进行文献质量评价,采用汇集性整合方法对研究结果进行归纳整合。 结果 共纳入13篇文献,提炼86个主题,归纳10个类别,形成4个整合结果：精神分裂症是一个复杂的谜团,多伴负性疾病体验;社交单一,与外界疏离;尝试重建生活;康复支持需合力完成。 结论 患者康复过程中医务人员要注重患者的情感体验,充分挖掘积极感受,满足患者合理需求,给予患者系统的康复支持。社会公众应该减轻患者污名化,营造良好的社会环境。
