Abstract:

Objective To analyze and summarize the psychosocial adaptation experience of young and middle-aged patients after their first-time acute myocardial infarction. Methods We searched databases including PubMeds,Embase,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Scopus,CNKI,WanFang data,VIP and Sinomed from inception to November 2020,to collect qualitative studies on the psychosocial adaptation experience of young and middle-aged patients after their first-time acute myocardial infarction. The quality of included studies was evaluated according to JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia. The results were integrated by integrating methods. Results A total of 14 studies were included. 48 complete findings were grouped according to their similarities to form 4 categories. The integration results were finally obtained. The psychosocial adaptation experience of young and middle-aged AMI patients is a process of diversified performance,stage characteristics and multiple factors. Conclusion Nurses should pay attention to and understand the psychosocial adaptation of young and middle-aged patients with AMI,so that targeted interventions can be provided to help patients return to work and society better and improve their quality of life.

摘要：

目的 分析和总结中青年急性心肌梗死（acute myocardial infarction,AMI）患者首次发病后的社会适应体验。 方法 检索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Scopus、中国知网、万方数据库、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统,检索有关中青年AMI患者首次发病后社会适应体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2020年11月。依据2016版澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所（Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI）循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量,利用汇集性整合法进行结果整合。 结果 共纳入14篇研究,提炼出48个研究结果,将相似结果归纳形成4个新类别,最终得出整合结果。中青年AMI患者的社会适应体验表现为多样化、阶段性,并受多种因素影响。 结论 护理人员应关注和理解中青年AMI患者的心理社会状况,为患者提供针对性的干预,帮助其更好地重返工作与社会,提高其生活质量。
