临床护理科研小组分层培训的效果研究

Abstract: Objective To perform hierarchical training for clinical nursing research group in order to improve nursing research ability of clinical nurses with different levels in the hospital. Methods A clinical nursing research group was established in 2017,including management group,expert group,core group,interest group and general group. Hierarchical training and practice of nursing research was conducted based on the results of pre-training demand survey between March and December in 2017. Results The nursing research ability of nurses was increased from(3.28±0.82)to(3.43±0.77)(P<0.01),and the self-efficacy was increased from (2.45±0.60)to(2.56± 0.63)(P<0.01 ),and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The hierarchical training for clinical nursing research group is beneficial to improvement of overall nursing research ability and self-efficacy of nurses.

摘要: 目的 对临床护理科研小组成员进行分层培训,旨在提高全院不同层级护士的整体科研能力。方法 成立临床护理科研小组,将小组成员分层为管理组、专家组、核心组、兴趣组和普通组,以培训前需求调查结果为导向,于2017年3月一12月在全院开展分层护理科研培训与实践。结果 护士科研能力得分由培训前的(3.28±0.82)分提高至(3.43±0.77)分,自我效能感得分由培训前的(2.45±0.60)分提高至(2.56±0.63)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 对临床护理科研小组进行分层培训,有利于提高护士的整体科研能力,增强护士的自我效能感。
