Abstract: Objective To develop Nursing Practice Guideline for Emergency Percutaneous Coronary Intervention so as to provide guidance for nursing of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods Based on World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline Development，the recommendations were established according to best evidence and expert consensus. Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation (AGREE) and Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare (RIGHT) were used to finalize full text of the guideline. Results The guideline contained 20 recommendations for 7 clinical questions about identification and assessment，condition monitoring and assessment，oxygen inhalation，safe transport，rehabilitation，skin preparation，and iodine allergy test. Conclusion This guideline based on best evidence and expert consensus can provide guidance and reference for nursing of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention.

摘要： 目的 构建急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗护理实践指南，进一步规范急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的护理措施。方法 依据《WHO指南制订手册》，基于最佳证据和专家共识构建指南推荐意见，参考指南评价工具和卫生保健实践指南的报告条目制订该指南内容。结果 构建的指南涵盖了识别与评估、评估与观察、吸氧、安全转运、康复、备皮、碘过敏试验7个临床问题，包括20条推荐意见。结论 基于目前最佳证据和专家共识意见形成的指南可为急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者护理措施的形成提供参考和指导。
