Abstract:

Objective To construct a family integrated multimodal exercise intervention program for young and middle-aged lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and evaluate its application effect in improving patients’ physical fitness and family functioning satisfaction，providing a reference for optimizing the rehabilitation nursing of this population. Methods The family integrated multimodal exercise intervention program based on the Theory of Planned Behavior was constructed through literature review and analysis, expert meetings, and pilot experiments. A total of 94 young and middle-aged lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy who were hospitalized in a tertiary grade A hospital in Zhengzhou City from September 2024 to May 2025 were selected as research subjects. The patients were divided into an experimental group（n=47） and a control group（n=47） by ward. Both groups received interventions throughout chemotherapy cycles 1 to 4. The experimental group received a family integrated multimodal exercise therapy based on the Theory of Planned Behavior，while the control group received conventional nursing interventions. The results of the Adult Functional Fitness Test and the Family Care Index were collected before and immediately after the intervention，and 3 months after the intervention. Results A total of 84 patients completed the study，including 41 in the experimental group and 43 in the control group. Repeated measures ANOVA revealed that the time effect，group effect，and interaction effect on the Adult Functional Fitness Test and the Family Care Index were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Simple effects analysis demonstrated that the experimental group showed significantly higher scores in the Adult Functional Fitness Test and the Family Care Index compared with the control group both after the intervention and 3 months after the intervention（P<0.05）. Conclusion The family integrated multimodal exercise intervention program based on the Theory of Planned Behavior can improve the adult functional fitness and family functioning satisfaction of young and middle-aged lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.

目的 构建中青年肺癌化疗患者家庭参与式多模态运动干预方案，并评价其在改善患者完成日常生活的身体能力及家庭功能满意度方面的应用效果，为优化中青年肺癌化疗患者的康复护理提供参考。 方法 基于计划行为理论，通过文献回顾与分析、专家会议和预试验构建家庭参与式多模态运动干预方案。便利选取2024年9月—2025年5月在郑州市某三级甲等医院住院的94例中青年肺癌化疗患者作为研究对象，按病区将其分为试验组（n=47）与对照组（n=47）。两组均干预4个化疗周期，试验组实施基于计划行为理论的家庭参与式多模态运动干预方案，对照组实施常规护理干预，于干预前、干预后即刻、干预后3个月比较两组成人功能性体适能测试及家庭关怀度指数量表得分的差异。 结果 共84例患者完成了该研究，其中试验组41例，对照组43例。两组不同时间点成人功能性体适能测试及家庭关怀度指数量表得分比较，时间与组间存在交互效应，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。简单效应分析显示，干预后即刻及干预后3个月，试验组成人功能性体适能测试及家庭关怀度指数量表得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 实施基于计划行为理论的家庭参与式多模态运动干预方案能够提升中青年肺癌化疗患者完成日常生活的身体能力及家庭功能满意度。
