Abstract:

The nursing professional development practitioner is a core professional role in the United States for standardizing clinical nurse training and promoting the development of nursing profession. Its standardized role definition，qualification requirements and practice system provide an effective approach to addressing problems such as insufficient systematization of nurse training and non-standardized training faculty. This paper reviews the development history，current practice status，education and certification system，and practical effects of nursing professional development practitioners in the United States. Combined with the practical problems in the development of nursing in-service training faculty in China，the targeted implications are proposed，aiming to provide references for constructing a training and practice system of nursing in-service educators suitable for China’s national conditions and improving the hierarchical training mechanism for clinical nurses.

摘要：

护士职业发展培训师是美国规范临床护士培养、推进护士职业发展的核心人员，具有标准化的角色定位、资质要求与实践体系，有助于解决护士培养系统性不足、师资培训不规范等问题。该文梳理了美国护士职业发展培训师的发展历程、执业现状、教育与认证体系等内容，并结合国内护理在职培训师资发展的现状及挑战，提出针对性建议，旨在为构建契合国内临床情境的护理在职培训师资培养与实践体系、完善临床护士分层培养机制提供参考。
