Research progress on the application of clown care in pediatric patients

Abstract

Abstract:

Clown care is a non-drug intervention based on therapeutic humor，which plays a very important role in alleviating the pressure on pediatric patients，improving their bad behaviors and treatment compliance. This article reviewed the development process，implementation methods，impact on pediatric patients，difficulties and challenges in the implementation of clown care，and put forward practical suggestions to provide a reference for further application of clown care in pediatric patients in China.

摘要：

小丑照护是一种基于治疗性幽默的非药物干预方法，对缓解儿科患者的压力、改善其不良行为、提高其治疗依从性具有重要作用。该文从小丑照护的发展进程、实施方法、对儿科患者的影响、实施小丑照护存在的困难及挑战等方面进行综述，并提出实践建议，旨在为规范并推广小丑照护提供参考。
