Research progress of infants with congenital heart disease and postoperative dysphagia

Abstract

Abstract:

Dealing with dysphagia plays an important role in oral feeding of infants after congenital heart disease（CHD） surgery. Identifying related risks to dysphagia and taking early intervention measure can reduce the risk of malnutrition caused by dysphagia to improve the overall prognosis. As there are few domestic related studies，this paper is mainly based on foreign studies，in order to study postoperative dysphagia in infants with CHD from the perspective of the main symptoms，current situation，risk factors，assessment tools and inspection items，intervention strategies，and continuity management. Finally，the contribution of this article mainly focuses on proposing suggestions on how to improve clinical practice and manage infants with dysphagia after CHD operations in China.

摘要：

吞咽困难是阻碍先天性心脏病（congenital heart disease，CHD）术后婴幼儿接受完全经口喂养的重要因素，早期识别有吞咽困难发生风险的婴幼儿并尽早干预，可降低营养不良、发育迟缓等相关并发症的发生率，改善其预后。该文从CHD术后婴幼儿吞咽困难的主要表现及发生现状、危险因素、评估工具及检查项目、干预策略等方面进行综述，以期为医护人员制订CHD术后婴幼儿吞咽困难的综合管理方案提供参考。
