Nursing care of the first case of patient undergoing double-branch aortic stent implantation in the world

Abstract

Abstract:

To summarize the nursing care of an elderly patient with acute aortic dissection who underwent double-branch aortic stent implantation. The main points of nursing include preoperative education and psychological nursing，intraoperative cooperation and body temperature nursing，close monitoring of hemodynamics and blood coagulation function after operation，standardization of airway and blood glucose management. At the same time，we should pay attention to the changes of condition and consciousness，strengthen the monitoring of renal function，carry out nutritional support and rehabilitation exercise to prevent related complications. After treatment and nursing，the patient was cured and discharged from hospital 11 days after operation.

摘要：

总结1例急性主动脉夹层患者行双分支主动脉术中支架植入术的护理经验。护理要点包括：术前宣教与心理护理，术中手术配合与体温管理，术后严密监测血流动力学和凝血功能、规范气道管理和血糖管理，同时关注病情和意识变化、加强肾功能监测、开展营养支持和康复运动，预防相关并发症。经治疗与护理，患者于术后11 d出院。
