Abstract:

Objective To investigate knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） status of rehabilitation nursing among nurses in 31 provinces and autonomous regions of China and to provide references for the specialty training of rehabilitation nursing. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 17,088 nurses from 155 different levels of hospitals in 31 provinces and autonomous regions of China. Results The total score of rehabilitation nursing KAP among nurses is 160.57±23.44,which is at a moderate level. 2.37% of participants score well in knowledge;85.9% score well in attitude. Nurses with longer working years and higher professional titles have higher level of KAP（P<0.01）. The result of clustering analysis and multiple comparisons shows that the scores of knowledge and attitude of nurses from the first category of high-score areas（Jiangsu Province,Zhejiang Province and etc.） were significantly higher than those in the second category（Henan Province,Beijing and etc.） and the third category（Xinjiang,Tibet and etc.） of low-score areas（P<0.01）. The result of knowledge clustering analysis in 16 departments showed that the scores of KAP in community service centers and most of internal medicine departments were significantly lower than those in other departments（P<0.01）. The correlation coefficients between knowledge and attitude（r=0.665,P<0.01）,knowledge and practice（r=0.590,P<0.01）,attitude and practice（r=0.320,P<0.01）,indicated a significant correlation. Conclusion Nurses have a positive attitude towards rehabilitation nursing. However,the level of knowledge should be improved.

目的 了解中国31个省、自治区、直辖市护士对康复护理的知信行现状,为全国康复护理专科人才培养提供依据。方法 采用自制调查问卷通过分层抽样法抽取全国31个省、自治区、直辖市155所各层级医院17 088名护士进行问卷调查。问卷包括一般资料和康复护理的知识、态度、行为四部分。结果 调查对象康复护理知信行总分为（160.57±23.443）分,处于中等水平,2.37%的调查对象知识水平达到良好,85.9%的调查对象态度达到良好;工作年限越长、职称越高的护士康复护理知信行水平越高（P<0.01）;护士康复护理知识水平聚类比较发现,第1类（江苏省、浙江省等）地区知识、态度和行为高于第2类（河南省、北京市等）及第3类（新疆维吾尔自治区、西藏自治区等）地区（P<0.05）;16个科室知识聚类比较发现,社区服务中心及大部分内科护士康复护理知信行得分低于其他科室（P<0.01）。知识与态度相关系数r=0.665（P<0.01）、知识与行为相关系数r=0.590（P<0.01）、态度与行为相关系数r=0.320（P<0.01）,均为显著相关。结论护士对康复护理持积极态度,康复护理知信行处于中等水平,部分地区、低年资、低职称、社区及内科护士康复护理知识水平亟待提高。
