Application progress of digital technology in patients with cardiac rehabilitation

Abstract

Abstract:

Cardiac rehabilitation and secondary prevention is an important part of life management and care for patients with cardiovascular diseases. Digital technology has been widely used in cardiac rehabilitation/secondary prevention abroad,and it has achieved similar or better results than traditional cardiac rehabilitation programs. The goals of nursing more patients with cardiovascular disease in the whole life process have been achieved with less human resources. This paper introduces the origin and development,common tools and concepts of digital technology applied in cardiac rehabilitation and secondary prevention,and expounds the specific implementation process and application effect of digital technology in cardiac rehabilitation/secondary prevention.

摘要：

心脏康复/二级预防是心血管疾病患者生命全程管理与照护的重要组成部分,数字技术已在国外心脏康复/二级预防中得到较为广泛的运用,并取得相似甚至优于传统心脏康复方案的效果,实现较少的人力资源达到护理较多的心血管疾病患者的目的。该文介绍了数字技术应用于心脏康复/二级预防的情况、常用数字化工具及新型理念,阐述了数字技术辅助开展心脏康复/二级预防的具体实施过程及应用效果,并提出了应用的不足及展望。
