摘要：

总结心脏瓣膜置换术后卡瓣患者急救手术的护理配合经验。护理要点包括：术前患者心理疏导;手术人员合理配置及用物管理;术中出血的应急处理及预防;术中配合清理血栓及评估并发症;术中发生卡瓣的应急处理;术后安全转运及交接。本组5例均手术顺利,康复后出院。
