Abstract: Objective To adapt the Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) related to gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods The draft of gestational diabetes mellitus clinical practice guideline was developed through the ADAPTE method，and revised by expert consultation and patients review. According to the opinions of experts and patients， the final document was completed. Results A total of 14 guidelines and 49 systematic reviews were included，and the recommendations of the CPG involved 5 aspects: screening for GDM，antenatal care，intrapartum care，neonatal care，postpartum care. The CPG contained 21 clinical questions and 69 items of recommendations. Conclusion The adaptation of gestational diabetes mellitus is effective and feasible，and can provide evidence and support for professional decision-making in clinical practice.

摘要： 目的 整合现有的妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇管理相关指南，形成高质量本土化证据资源。方法 以ADAPTE方法为指导，形成妊娠期糖尿病临床护理实践指南草案，采用专家现场论证及孕产妇论证对草案进行评审，修订形成正式版指南。结果 共纳入14份相关指南，49份系统评价，整合形成的指南内容包括妊娠期糖尿病的诊断、产前护理、分娩期护理、新生儿护理、产后护理5个主题，21个健康问题，69条推荐意见。结论 本次指南整合形成了妊娠期糖尿病管理领域高质量的循证资源，为临床护理实践提供参考和依据。
