Abstract:

Objective To describe the real psychological experience of patients waiting for a second kidney transplantation，so as to provide references for clinical medical staff to formulate targeted intervention strategies. Methods The descriptive qualitative research method was adopted. 15 patients waiting for a second kidney transplant were recruited from a hospital in Zhejiang Province by purposive sampling. Semi-structured interviews were performed to collect data，and qualitative content analysis was conducted to analyze the data. Results 4 themes were extracted，including the strong desire for a second kidney transplant，feeling guilty and worried for waiting a second kidney transplant，feeling deeply grateful for the medical staff’s support and being confidence for a successful second kidney transplant. Conclusion Clinical medical staff should attach importance to the psychological experiences of patients waiting for a second kidney transplant and construct patient-centered psychological intervention schemes by cultivating patients’ positive emotions，enhancing support level to improve their quality of life.

摘要：

目的 描述再次肾移植等待期患者在等待过程中的真实心理体验，为临床医护人员制订针对性干预策略提供参考依据。 方法 采用描述性质性研究方法，以研究者本人为研究工具，采用目的抽样，选取2022年6月—8月在杭州市某三级甲等医院治疗的移植肾失功且计划行再次移植并处于等待期的患者作为研究对象，进行一对一半结构式深度访谈，运用传统内容分析法对访谈资料进行分析和主题提炼。 结果 最终纳入15例研究对象，提炼出4个主题，分别为对再次肾移植强烈渴求、对再次肾移植倍感愧疚与担忧、对医护支持充满感激、对再次肾移植成功保有信心。 结论 临床医护人员应重视再次肾移植等待期患者的心理体验，构建以患者为中心的心理干预方案，培养患者积极情绪，提升社会支持水平，改善其生活质量。
