Nursing care of a case of perianal abscess with necrotizing fasciitis in the fifth stage of diabetic nephropathy

Abstract

Abstract:

To summarize the nursing experience of a case of perianal abscess with necrotizing fasciitis in the fifth stage of diabetic nephropathy. Nursing points include：Local care of wound surface：the application of TIME principle，the application of negative pressure closed drainage and lavage combined with ostomy nursing technology，and the application of platelet-rich plasma（PRP） technology；Early warning，identification and nursing of potassium metabolic disorder；Early warning nursing of shock；Individualized nutritional support nursing；Follow-up health guidance strategies and extended nursing were implemented after discharge. After 2 months of active treatment and nursing care，the patient’s wound healed.

摘要：

总结1例糖尿病肾病患者肛周脓肿伴坏死性筋膜炎的护理经验，护理要点如下：创面局部根据伤口处理原则处理，加强负压封闭引流灌洗护理，进行富血小板血浆治疗；钾代谢紊乱的预警识别与护理；休克的预警护理；个体化营养支持；出院后的延续护理。经过2个月积极的治疗与护理，患者创面愈合。
