Manufacture of annular cleaning frame and its application in cleaning of pulp cavity expander

环形清洗架的制作及在髓腔扩大器清洗中的应用

Abstract:

Objective To make and discuss the application effect of circular cleaning rack in cleaning pulp cavity expander. Methods A circular cleaning rack was designed to clean and load the pulp cavity expander. From October 2020 to April 2021,80 pieces of intramedullary reamers recycled from the disinfection and supply center of a tertiary A hospital in Zhuhai City after orthopedic surgery were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 40 pieces in each group. The cleaning process of the experimental group included washing with flowing water,loading with annular cleaning rack,ultrasonic cleaning for 15min,cleaning with steam cleaning machine,mechanical cleaning with vacuum boiling cleaning machine. The cleaning process of the control group included flowing water washing,ultrasonic cleaning for 15min,cleaning with steam cleaning machine, mechanical cleaning with vacuum boiling cleaning machine. The cleaning quality of the 2 groups was observed by visual inspection,occult blood test and residual protein detection,and the time required for pretreatment of the 2 groups was calculated. Results Through visual inspection,latent blood test and residual protein detection,the qualified rates of cleaning in the experimental group were 97.5%,97.5% and 90.0%,while the qualified rates in the control group were 80.0%,72.5% and 62.5%,respectively. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The average pretreatment time of experimental group was 19.75 min,while that of control group was 51.50 min,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The annular cleaning frame can fix the pulp cavity expander and expose the gap of its lumen sandwich to the maximum extent,shorten the pretreatment time and significantly improve the cleaning quality.

摘要:

目的 制作并探讨环形清洗架在髓腔扩大器清洗中的应用效果。 方法 设计一种环形清洗架用于髓腔扩大器的清洗装载。选取2020年10月—2021年4月珠海市某三级甲等医院消毒供应中心回收的80件骨科手术使用后的髓腔扩大器,分为实验组和对照组,每组各40件。实验组清洗过程包括流动水冲洗、环形清洗架装载、超声清洗15 min、蒸汽清洗机清洗、减压沸腾清洗机机械清洗;对照组清洗过程包括流动水冲洗、超声清洗15 min、蒸汽清洗机清洗、减压沸腾清洗机机械清洗。采用目测法、潜血试验和残留蛋白检测法检测两组的清洗质量,并比较两组预处理平均耗时。结果 实验组目测法、潜血试验和残留蛋白检测法清洗合格率分别为97.5%、97.5%、90.0%,对照组为80.0%、72.5%、62.5%,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组预处理平均耗时为19.75 min,对照组为51.50 min,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 使用环形清洗架能固定髓腔扩大器,最大限度暴露其管腔夹层缝隙,缩短预处理的时间,显著提升清洗质量。
