心力衰竭患者异质性显著的特点对个体化管理提出了挑战。数字表型是一种通过实时收集数字设备/传感器的数据,并利用数字技术对个体的生物行为特征进行客观量化和分析的新兴技术。该文从心力衰竭数字表型的定义、分类体系、个体化管理实践、应用优势、局限性和应用前景等方面,对数字表型在心力衰竭患者个体化管理中的应用进行综述,以期为技术革新,推动心力衰竭护理向个体化、精准化发展提供借鉴。
