护士处方权实施形式的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

为解决医疗资源供给不足和医疗保健需求持续增加的矛盾，多个国家授予护士处方权，拓宽护士的职业范畴，拓展护士的角色职能。该文对国内外关于护士处方权的概念及主要实施形式进行综述，深入探讨了护士处方权实施过程中面临的挑战，并提出医护合作执业、优先开放专科护士处方等建议，以期为探索适合中国国情的护士处方权内涵及实施形式提供参考。

Abstract:

To address the contradiction between the inadequate supply of medical resources and the continuous increase in demand for healthcare services，several countries have granted nurses prescribing authority to broaden the professional scope and expand the role of nurses. This article reviews the research progress on the concepts and implementation models of nurse prescribing，analyzes the challenges of its implementation，and makes the recommendations such as physician-nurse collaborative practice and preferential exploration of specialist nurse prescribing，in order to provide references for exploring the connotation and implementation model of nurse prescribing suitable for national conditions.
