护士职业生活质量的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

护士群体是优质护理服务的主要提供者,改善其职业生活质量是调动护士工作积极性、提高护士职业满意度、保证护理工作质量的有效途径之一。该文综述了护士职业生活质量的概念及评估工具、护士职业生活质量现状及其影响因素,并提出改善护士职业生活质量的对策与建议,旨在引起护理管理者对护士职业生活质量的重视,为制订护士职业生活质量的有效提升策略提供参考。

Abstract:

Nurses are the main providers of high-quality nursing services. Improving the quality of working life （QWL） is one of the effective ways to mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,improve nurses’ occupational satisfaction,and ensure the quality of nursing work. In this review,the concept,evaluation tools,current situation and influencing factors of nurses’ QWL are synthesized,and the suggestions and measures to improve nurses’ QWL are introduced,in order to attract the attention of nursing managers to QWL for nurses,to explore the controllable factors and effective improvement strategies of nurses’ QWL,and to provide references for related research.
