实施性研究视角下认知障碍患者干预方案保真度的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

保真度是实施性研究结局的评价指标之一，能够影响干预的内在效度和外部推广性。该文综述了保真度的发展与测评方法，并对认知障碍患者干预方案保真度的影响因素进行梳理，总结认知障碍患者干预方案保真度的测评现状、促进策略、研究难点与展望，以期为研究者改进认知障碍患者干预方案提供参考，提高后续实施性研究的完整性、可靠性与可信度。

Abstract:

Fidelity is one of the key outcome evaluation indicators in implementation research，as it influences both the internal validity and external generalizability of interventions. This article reviews the evolution of the fidelity concept and its assessment methods，analyzes the factors affecting fidelity in interventions for individuals with cognitive impairment，and summarizes the current status of fidelity assessment，promotion strategies，research challenges，and future directions in this field. The aim is to provide a reference for researchers to refine interventions for cognitive impairment patients and to enhance the comprehensiveness，reliability，and credibility of subsequent implementation studies.
