Nursing care for a patient with Japanese encephalitis complicated by fulminant myocarditis and respiratory failure

摘要:

总结1例流行性乙型脑炎继发暴发性心肌炎合并呼吸衰竭患者的护理。护理要点:开展多维度动态监测,预防多器官功能损伤;优化呼吸支持与气道管理,加速呼吸功能康复;制订个性化康复计划,促进神经功能重建;全面落实感染防控,防止虫媒传播与继发感染。经过27 d的精心治疗与护理,患者病情好转并顺利出院,电话随访3个月,状况良好。

Abstract:

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with Japanese encephalitis complicated by fulminant myocarditis and respiratory failure. Key points of nursing:multidimensional dynamic monitoring was performed to prevent multiple organ dysfunction;respiratory support and airway management were optimized to accelerate the recovery of respiratory function;individualized rehabilitation protocols were formulated to promote neurological functional reconstruction;comprehensive infection prevention and control measures were implemented to prevent vector-borne transmission and secondary infection. After 27 days of meticulous treatment and nursing care,the patient’s condition improved and he was discharged smoothly. During a 3-month telephone follow-up,the patient remained in good condition.
