摘要/Abstract

摘要：

总结3例包裹性腹膜硬化症伴肌少症患者围手术期营养护理的经验。护理要点：采用多维营养状况评估方法评估患者的营养状况；加强术前渐进式营养支持中再喂养综合征的预警和护理干预；实施运动预康复，以优化营养利用；开展目标导向的术后容量管理；加强经造口逆行肠内置管的肠内营养与智能化监测；落实出院后延续性营养随访管理。经过精心护理和治疗，3例患者均康复出院，3个月复查，肌少症痊愈。

Abstract:

This article summarized the perioperative nutritional care experience of 3 patients with encapsulating peritoneal sclerosis complicated with sarcopenia. Key nursing interventions included：establishing a multidimensional nutritional assessment system；early warning and nursing intervention for refeeding syndrome during preoperative progressive nutritional support；implementing exercise pre-rehabilitation to optimize nutrient utilization；postoperative volume management using goal-directed fluid therapy；implementing and intelligently monitoring enteral nutrition via retrograde intestinal obstruction catheter；providing continuous nutritional follow-up management after discharge. Following meticulous nursing care and treatment，all 3 patients recovered and were discharged successfully.
