10例左心室辅助装置植入患者使用氯己定消毒致皮肤过敏的护理

Nursing care of 10 patients with skin allergy caused by chlorhexidine disinfectant after implantation of left ventricular assist device

摘要:

总结10例左心室辅助装置植入术后患者线缆出口使用2%葡萄糖酸氯己定醇皮肤消毒液消毒后,皮肤出现不同程度过敏及继发线缆出口感染的护理经验。护理要点:正确识别氯己定消毒液过敏症状,及早进行对症护理;加强皮肤护理,预防线缆出口感染或感染加重;做好患者和家属的健康教育及培训,提升过敏自我监测及管理能力。经过精心的治疗及护理,随访6~30周,7例未再发生过敏,3例继发线缆出口感染,经治疗和护理后好转,未再发生过敏。

Abstract:

This article summarizes the nursing experience of 10 patients with post-left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation,where skin allergic reactions of varying degrees and associated cable exit infections occurred after disinfection of the cable exit with 2% chlorhexidine gluconate. Key nursing points:accurately identifying allergic reactions to chlorhexidine disinfectant and providing timely symptomatic care;enhancing skin care to prevent or mitigate infections at the catheter insertion site;conducting thorough patient and family education and training to improve self-monitoring and management of allergic reactions. Through meticulous treatment and nursing care,with follow-up periods ranging from 6 to 30 weeks,7 patients did not experience recurrence of allergies,and 3 cases of secondary infection at the cable exit site showed improvement after treatment and nursing care,with no recurrence of allergic reactions.
