基于棋盘游戏的健康教育在慢性心力衰竭患者容量管理中的应用研究

摘要：

目的探讨基于棋盘游戏的健康教育在慢性心力衰竭患者容量管理中的应用效果，以提高慢性心力衰竭患者的容量管理水平。方法采用便利抽样，选取2024年4月至2025年4月在浙江省某三级甲等医院心内科住院的190例慢性心力衰竭患者，采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，每组各95例，试验组基于棋盘游戏进行容量管理健康教育，对照组实施常规的容量管理健康教育。比较两组容量管理达标率、容量管理知识水平、自我管理行为和住院时间的差异。结果试验组90例、对照组92例完成研究。试验组容量管理达标率为92.22%，高于对照组的75.00%；试验组容量管理知识水平得分为（16.57±2.16）分，高于对照组的（13.88±2.67）分；试验组自我管理行为得分为（67.86±9.24）分，高于对照组的（51.46±8.75）分；试验组住院时间为（8.27±3.58）d，短于对照组的（10.56±3.27）d，差异均具有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。结论基于棋盘游戏的健康教育能够提高慢性心力衰竭患者的容量管理达标率和容量管理知识水平，改善患者容量管理行为，缩短患者住院时间，改善患者预后。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effectiveness of board game-based health education in enhancing fluid management among patients with chronic heart failure，thereby improving their fluid management capabilities. Methods Using convenience sampling，190 heart failure patients hospitalized in the cardiology department of a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province from April 2024 to April 2025 were selected. They were randomly assigned via a random number table to either an intervention group（n=95） or a control group（n=95）. The intervention group received board game-based health education on fluid management，while the control group received conventional fluid management health education. After the intervention，the fluid management compliance rate，fluid management knowledge level，self-management behaviors，and length of hospital stay were compared between the 2 groups. Results Finally，90 patients in the intervention group and 92 in the control group completed the study. The fluid management compliance rate in the intervention group（92.22%） was higher than that in the control group（75.00%）. The fluid management knowledge level in the intervention group was（16.57±2.16），higher than（13.88±2.67） in the control group. The self-management behavior score in the intervention group was（67.86±9.24），better than（51.46±8.75） in the control group. The length of hospital stay in the intervention group was（8.27±3.58） days，shorter than（10.56±3.27） days in the control group. All these differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Board game-based health education can improve the fluid management compliance rate and knowledge level of patients with chronic heart failure，enhance their fluid management behaviors，shorten the length of hospital stay，and improve patient prognosis.
