摘要:
癌症是影响公众健康的主要原因之一,营养不良是癌症患者普遍存在的问题。食物即药物和精准营养被认为是具有应用前景的营养干预策略。该文综述了食物即药物和精准营养的概念和内涵,并进一步阐释了将食物即药物和精准营养干预策略进行整合的必要性、步骤、整合实施的路径、目前的应用进展和启示以及在应用时的注意事项,进而为癌症患者的营养改善,肿瘤康复提供指导。
