摘要:
老年脑卒中患者普遍存在生活空间受限。生活空间受限会增加患者跌倒、虚弱、痴呆的发生率,降低患者的生活质量,进而导致其再入院率及死亡率增加。该文主要介绍了生活空间的概念、理论模型及测量工具。围绕老年脑卒中患者生活空间水平、影响因素等方面进行综述,以期为医护人员开展相关研究、制订关于老年脑卒中患者生活空间的干预方案提供参考。
